Welcome to Adrenaline Car Rental. By booking or using our rental services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Requirements

  1. Age Limit: The renter must be at least [insert age, e.g., 21 or 25] years old.

  3. Identification: Government-issued ID and proof of residence may be requested.

2. Booking & Payment

  1. Reservation: Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person, and are subject to vehicle availability.
  2. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking or prior to vehicle collection.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] before the rental date are eligible for a refund.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Vehicle Use

  1. Permitted Use: The vehicle is to be used for personal or corporate purposes within the agreed region.
  2. Prohibited Activities:
    • Off-road driving, racing, or towing.
    • Allowing unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.
    • Transporting illegal substances or goods.
  3. Mileage Limits: Rentals may be subject to mileage restrictions. Exceeding the limit may incur additional fees.

4. Responsibilities of the Renter

  1. Care of Vehicle: The renter must take reasonable care of the vehicle and return it in the condition it was provided.
  2. Fuel: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented, or refueling charges will apply.
  3. Tolls & Fines: The renter is responsible for any tolls, parking tickets, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
  4. Accidents/Damage: In the event of an accident or damage:
    • Notify Adrenaline Car Rental immediately.
    • Submit a police report, if applicable.
    • Insurance excess/deductibles may apply.

5. Insurance & Liability

  1. Insurance Coverage: All rentals include basic insurance as required by law. Additional coverage options may be purchased.
  2. Liability: The renter may be liable for damages not covered by insurance, including negligence or misuse.

6. Late Returns

  1. Grace Period: A [insert time, e.g., 1-hour] grace period may apply for returns.
  2. Overage Fees: Late returns beyond the grace period will incur additional charges.

7. Termination of Rental Agreement

Adrenaline Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the vehicle if:

  • False or misleading information is provided during the booking process.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adrenaline Car Rental is not liable for:

  1. Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  2. Delays or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, mechanical failures).
  3. Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the rental.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of UAE.
